For years, I was the corporate achiever everyone admired: career climbing, goal crushing, checking every box. I had the credentials, the network, the "impressive" career. But despite achieving what looked like success, I felt increasingly disconnected from my work and myself.
The wake-up call came when my body said "no more." A relationship collapse forced me to face a hard truth: I was building a life that looked good on paper but felt hollow inside. The burnout that followed wasn't just exhaustion, it was my entire system telling me "this path fragments who you are."
